3. Confront your fears.

One of the largest hindrances young girls face today is fear of losing the advantages they derive from a particular relationship. Fear occurs when you expect something bad or unfavorable to happen as a result of the break. In order to overcome your fears, you need to change your expectations. Know that you may cause your ex boyfriend to come back to you or call off his bluff.
