It’s hard to think that way at first when you’re trying to stay so positive and focused on fixing the relationship. But you have to make yourself understand this.

If you wife does not come back to you, do not worry about it as you are now free to look for another partner. Let another have the chance to love you back. This truth can be very liberating as you are not desperate to have her back. You must realize that you will get someone else eventually.
